mLIF (recombinant mouse leukemia inhibitory factor)
Cat.: L00100G
Quantity: 1mL
Description: Leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) is a member of Interleukin 6 family. This protein is mainly expressed in the trophectoderm of the developing embryo, with its receptor LIFR expressed throughout the inner cell mass. LIF has the capacity to induce terminal differentiation in leukemic cells. LIF is used in mouse embryonic stem cells (mES) culture to keep their proliferative potential or pluripotency but from differentiation.
Purity: >95% by HPLC analysis
Source: recombinant expressed in E.coli
Formulation: sterile buffered aqueous solution, filtered through 0.22μm membrane
Application: suitable for mES culture, appropriate concentration should be tested
Storage: aliquot and stored at ≤ -20℃ for one year, avoid repeated freezing-thawing
